A growing trend is emerging that shifts this perspective towards understanding how individuals interact with diverse processes across multiple systems. However, initiatives to approach this topic are heavily scattered.
This workshop is aimed at introducing the topic and significance of “Personal and Human-Centric Process Mining”. We will discuss recent studies around this topic and highlight challenges in using process mining in this area, e.g., related to collecting the data, analyzing it and visualizing the results.
